Convenient payment method in the UAE and very easy to use

Why cant able to do the location access from iPhone. There is no beam app location setting showing.

Rules and promotion states that you collect 10% cash back as rewards to use at your favorite brand and when you come to collect your reward you will be granted location that is not interested for you and most of them they dont even use beam. You raise this feedback to customer service and they reply after TWO WEEKS, issue resolved where nothing is actually done about it. You communicate your concern with the careless customer service agent and they reply without understanding what you are asking them for.. There is no honesty or transparency with Beam and i think the 10% cash back that they are offering their Customers is easier to achieve it and even more by visiting other non Beam outlets. After checking and comparing no Beam partner i found that with no exceptions no Beam partners have better deals and cheaper prices and it is just a hook with their silly rewards to bring more customers to their partners

Like any other mobile wallet, if its not working 100% of the time, the value proposition disappears. And right now Beam doesnt deliver such reliable payments, at least not in Dubai. So I keep my CC, and wont use Beam.

Honestly, the app could be useful since Apple pay still doesnt work in Dubai. But their support is just beyond ridiculous. They really couldnt be worse even if they try to. It took them over a year of follow up to fix my account because of an error on their side. A whole year of them closing the case before solving it then having the audacity to send a customer satisfaction survey. Now after fixing the account, it does work, but I cannot verify my email address. Its been two months and theyre repeating the exact same behavior. Unbelievable. Its like being in a parody. And I just received a customer satisfaction survey to rate their support!!!! Any other customer wouldve left the app the moment it started to act up, but me being the techie I am, I insisted on getting it fixed so I can use it. Others wont.

Easy and durable for use

It worked at the beginning. Im in the latest version, bluetooth and location on, have added my credit card successfully several times. Still doesnt work. It is now useless junk and a waste of time. Tried talking with tech support but their tips and advise did not resolve anything. Used to work fine when they scanned the QR code.

Safest and easiest way to pay so far

Is this an upgrade? Ive been trying to reach you via facebook, email, Appstore... In vain.. The app crashed when I upgraded to the latest release.. Do smtgh about it.. Answer your customers..

Last 2 updates are crashing the app right away and not working. Please provide working update ASAP. 6s 128gb on 9.0.2. Latest update fixed the crashing issues!! Thanks Beam.

It didnt work in Carrefour until I joined MyClub. It still declines my UAE Citibank card. It gave me 50AED to spend in Costa Coffee for doing nothing, though. Free stuff feels good. Try it.

Not working in Geant and Carrefour most of the time

At times, the connectivity flakes out and no matter what, it never seems to know my exact location so always suggests stores over 75 miles away?!? But I love the overall convenience of not having to carry my wallet while shopping and having everything on my phone. Good job guys- smart app- just need to iron out some kinks

Must have if you like to shop in the malls

Absolutely easy to setup and use. Great geo-location ability that prompts you when within proximity of a place you can use Beam. Highly recommend!
