For the past 9 months I have been trying to add my mobile number to this application and the same was escalated to their Technical team. Until now there have been numerous updates, but my issue remains unsolved

After a little problem paying the first transaction (which I immediately got a refund for), the experience so far has been amazing! I highly recommend it and the payment process is always super smooth! Sometimes during lunch break I dont even bring my credit card cause everythings in my iPhone! Thanks!

Stay away from this application, they have no support and zero customer service.. You will lose your money indeed

Enjoyed using Beam coz it makes life easy especially when paying. On too of that, you get to earn rewards.

When ever i share my promo code with my friends as per beam when other person use the credit which he get from ur promo code make transactions also but I never get my 40 dihrams rewards back even they use it Send so many emails to be team but they never replied back really bad customer services Before the beam good when u share ur promo code and when ur friends use it make transactions u will get reward very Quickly but now never ever u will get anything Thanks Regds

While using beam, it is always deducting money from credit card instead of redeeming existing credits. 10% credits are basically not usable and seems to be cheating business. Sad part is beam support never respond even if continuous reminds/ follow ups. CAREFUL AS THIS IS CHEATING BUSINESS.

Its nice Application however it doesnt work consistently,today Saturday the 16th of july 2017@7 50 pm myself and 2 other ppl were trying to use beam at mall of the emirates.i tried 3 times with no luck error is cant send server data!

Customer service is extremely bad. I raised 4 complains on Application charged me (my credit card) for pending payment transaction. Also double charging for same transaction and there is no reply form customer service. I dont know what to do as there isnt any way to communicate with them but emails which they are not answering. I Lost my money with no benefit from the application. The transaction has a note "pls call issuer" and it has been credit to my credit card account. Kindly void it. Attached copy of the receipt.

One the the best app which let u keep your CC at home while u shop

At least in Abu Dhabi this app is useless. There are very limited outlets that utilize it and of those that do staff are poorly trained to use it, its often slower than other payment methods or its not working altogether. Im canceling my membership and removing my card details from their app. Maybe Ill return some day if they get their act together.

Its amazing, very useful and easy to use Sometimes it will face some issues like any other app, but after all its very useful At least your regular payment will give you something :)

After adding ENOC and EPPCO the experience is much better and we hope they add more big brands.

I love beam! Super easy payments, no wallet needed! The 10% back as free spends on everything you buy is great! Who else offers this much reward? Especially supermarkets! I just wish more places accepted Beam :)

I have downloaded the app and not once have I been able to use the App. Either it asks me to login and then does not login or some other error comes up.. I hope they make it user friendly for a payment app. What is the use of the App if I find using a card easier than the App.

Its absolutely perfect, it works efficiently, smooth.
