Unable to share with friends

When u click on the buttons to share the reward code to get 40AED nothing happens... I wanted to send Sms to friends but it does not action the Sms. You should also make it available offline !! The app Should be functioning offline just to demo it to friends so they can see how it works...

Glitchy

Great when it works, but unable to connect to cashier too often. Unable to cash in rewards, and slow earning rewards because of having to switch to cash when app doesnt work.

Referral reward program not working

The referral reward program GET AED 40 each" does not working properly. Neither me nor my friend got benefit through this. Worst referral program i have ever seen.

Ridiculous app

Its ridiculous when you are waiting to pay for stuff in a store and the app doesnt work at the cashier, send an email to support with no reply. Tried couple of times and the app does not work. One star is a lot for this app.

Useless!

This app simply does not work! Every time I tried to make a payment it just shut down! So of course I had to pay cash and wasnt able to use the Beam bonus credit I had. Extremely frustrating!

Cheated by Beam and MasterCard

Yesterday, December 20th I was in Carrefour in the Mall of Emirates doing my weekly grocery shopping when I received a message on my mobile "Get AED 100 when you spend AED 500. Simply pay with a MasterCard using Beam at Carrefour to get your reward", I thought "great", so lets use my MasterCard credit card even Im not going to get any Skywards miles as I get in my visa credit card. I didnt get anything, as the advertise. I sent already 3 emails to Beam and also requested a kindly update and they never reply, seems they dont really care about their customer. This app (Beam) and MasterCard advertise are both liars. Beam and MasterCard lost 2 customers yesterday (my wife and myself) I feel cheated by Beam

Works great!!

Came out for a run and wanted a coffee. Didnt have my wallet and then remembered i have beam on my phone. What a convienent way to pay!!!

Getting worse

I used to use beam always and I sadly advised my friends and family to use it. The problem with this program, they dont respond to our emails and complains. Customer support is more like dead. Now every update they do, they dont improve it, they ruin it instead. Before the program wont open after update, now after new update I lost 200 AED from my account that I didnt even use yet to purchase, and today, it wont work when I made purchase from Carrefour. The program value is getting down daily. And the most important problem, they dont reply back to the emails. Always ignore.

Rubbish software that doesnt work when you need it

This app is rubbish and embarrassing! I just tried to redeem my Vox credits at Mirdiff City Centre only to be referred to 3 different Beam terminals, none of which worked! On one of them I got the error message that the backend server is full which means that there is a capacity issue at Beans end. Quite useless as I cant use the app and credits when I need to! Really disappointed!!!! Whats even worse is that I have had to retype this message three times as each time I tried submitting it to Beams contact us page but it doesnt go through. Finally leaving it on App Store support hoping Beam customer service will read it and action! They should refund all unused credits to my credit card if I cant use them when I need to!!

Very unreliable service

Tried using Beam to pay for my shopping a Carrefour only to be told that the Beam service was not working on my particular till and that I would have to go two tills down to use this. Do you think I would queue up all over again??!

This app is probably the most buggy app ever, which is sad consider that the idea behind is brilliant. Since the UAE is still very far behind on any smartphone cashless payments, this app seems to be like a decent solution. But oh boy, this app really shines in disappointment. Crashes constantly, POS hardly ever works, and when it works the app just stay in a loop trying to find the store. I tried also to deactivate my account, but Im still waiting for the email to come thru, even after 10 tries, and no, it isnt on my spam folder. However, I could just move on and forget about it since this app is so unforgiving, but I like the idea so much, that I keep trying and trying every time, especially after they release their weekly bug ironing (spoiler: nothing really gets fixed) So guys, do yourself a favour and stop this mediocre app and start working in something that works properly because slowly you are killing your million dollar idea.
